55% linen and 45% cotton — breathable, hypoallergenic, and soft against closed eyes. Removable and washable.
Two ways to use it
Warm compress: Microwave on low for 20–30 seconds. Soothes headaches, tension, and eye strain.
Cold compress: Freeze in its sealed bag for 1–2 hours. Reduces puffiness, soothes irritation, cools overheated skin.
Add a few drops of essential oils in if desired.
