Unfold and Pause, old wood and gentle tea notes. For the parts of the day that ask for stillness, reading, journaling, or just sitting with your own thoughts for a while.

Handcrafted in Japan using traditional methods and synthetic-free ingredients. Each stick is 13.5cm long and burns for about 30 minutes, long enough to close a laptop, run a bath, or just sit somewhere and do nothing in particular.

Hand-rolled, sustainably sourced. No shortcuts in the making, so none in the smoke either. Choose your scent below, then choose 8, 28, or 50 sticks depending on how often you plan to use it.

Unfold — Old wood, contemplative. This one asks you to sit with it rather than move through it. Good company for reading, journaling, or thinking slowly on purpose.

8 sticks is a good way to try a scent without committing. 28 sticks suits a scent you already know you like, enough for a few weeks of regular use. 50 sticks is for a scent you've settled into, and works out better value per stick over time.

How to use it

Light the tip, let it catch for a few seconds, then blow out gently until it's smouldering rather than flaming. Rest it in a heatproof holder, away from anything that moves — curtains, papers, pets. One stick is usually enough for a room. You don't need more than that.
